Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for an event, one accessible and one companion.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.
Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the Budweiser Gardens, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Level 100—106, 115; Level 200--207, 208, 211, 217; Level 300—304, Gallery.
All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.
Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Companion Seating
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased.
Entrances & Elevators
There are four elevators available inside the arena, at gate 1 and 4, that provide access between levels. There are two escalators, one located near gate 4, and one located near section 109/110.
Fanshawe College Guest Services Desk
The Fanshawe College Guest Services Desk is located just inside Gate 1 near Section 110/111. Our staff are pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.
Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder".
Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the Fanshawe College Guest Services Desk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items.
Facilities
All washroom facilities at the Budweiser Gardens are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.
Drinking fountains are located throughout the Budweiser Gardens and are all wheelchair accessible.
Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at Fanshawe College Guest Services Desk for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit.
Service Animals
All service animals are welcomed at the Budweiser Gardens. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.
Concessions
All concession stands are at an accessible height.
Telephones
All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls.
Accessible Parking
The Budweiser Gardens offers Accessible Parking in the South Lot off of King Street. There are TWELVE (12) spots available for every event. It is filled on a first come first served basis. It is recommended to arrive early to secure parking. The parking is close to Gate 2 and Gate 1 for entry.
St. John’s/ First Aid Service
St. John’s employees are present for every event and are available to assist patrons with accessible needs. Once you arrive to a gate, inform your ticket taker that you require a wheelchair and St John’s will be able assist you to your seats and pick up after the event is over. You can also check in at Guest Services and they will gladly contact St. John’s on your behalf.
Wheelchair-Walker Storage
We will gladly store your Walker, Wheelchair at Guest Services or Gate 5 during an event to eliminate congestion in the seating areas & vomitory.
