Host a luncheon, cocktail reception or gala event here at Budweiser Gardens that is sure to add that extra WOW factor to your event.

Our restaurant, event floor and hospitality suites offer several adaptable areas that are available for social or business functions either during an event or on non-event days. Corporate and/or private functions unless hiring the whole building are booked 4-6 weeks in advance of the date.

A unique setting for awards banquets, presentations and/or charity galas. Budweiser Gardens offers a unique alternative to the usual hotel facilities and promises to add that extra special effect to your function. The 200 x 85 arena floor is perfect for formal sit down dinners or a casual buffet. Allow our team to assist you in creating an event everyone will remember. Our food service company, Ovations Food Services will assist in creating a menu to suit all budgets and tastes.

Also, our audio visual crew can assist in adding elements from the centre hung scoreboard and special lighting effects to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Groups of 400-750 can be accommodated.

The Talbot Restaurant

Dine in style with a great view that overlooks the entire lower bowl including the event floor.

This private upscale sports restaurant features a bar and dining area, TV monitors and dimmed lighting. Groups of 75 -200 can enjoy this experience on non-event days and/or nights and for selected concerts and events as well.

King Club

Located on level 100, this is the perfect location for your casual reception for groups of 75-200.

Hospitality Suites

Suitable for small meetings and presentations the 5 available rooms will accommodate up to 30 people in a theatre set up.

Meeting Facilities

Various locations in the building can be utilized for small meetings of up to 100 people.
