Due to the recent concerns regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), Jeff Dunham has postponed his show at Budweiser Gardens scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 at 7:00pm to Wednesday, November 18 at 7:00pm
“Hi folks. As most of you are aware, things are a bit nuts out there right now. So due to the threat of the COVID-19, my show at Budweiser Gardens in London, ON Wednesday, March 18th, has been postponed until Wednesday November 18th. Hang on to your tickets, as they will be honored on that new date. Let’s all hope we’re free and clear by then and back to making some fun. Also, watch online for a few videos from us with things to do while there’s nothing to do! Hang in there, Canada! We’ll see you in July.” – Jeff Dunham

When will the new date be? Will my dinner and show tickets be valid for the new date?
The new date will take place on Wednesday, November 18th 2020 at 7:00pm. The dinner and show tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
Tickets can be returned any time up until July 12, 2020. Tickets purchased with cash or debit need to be returned to the Gate 1 Box Office inside Gate 1 at Budweiser Gardens for a refund.
If you purchased with a credit card you can obtain a refund by phone at 519-432-8894, emailing [email protected], or in person at the Gate 1 Box Office.
The box office is open 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
What happens to the meal portion? Will lunch or dinner be served?
A meal will still be provided before the show. We are in the process of finalizing the details of the menu. Once decided, an email will be sent to you with this information.
I no longer have the credit card I used to pay for the tickets. What happens if I want a refund?
We must refund the exact same card number that was used to pay for the tickets. There are no exceptions, and we cannot refund any other account, or refund cash.
If you still have an account with the same bank (just a different card), then your bank will normally just credit your new account.
If you no longer have a relationship with that bank, then you will need to contact them for their policy. If you do not owe them any money, they will normally just send you a cheque.
I bought my tickets through a third party (a ticket broker, Groupon, a friend, etc). How do I get a refund?
You will need to contact the place or person that sold you the tickets. We are only able to answer inquiries from the person that bought the tickets from us directly.
