Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of Budweiser Gardens, depending on the type of event.

For accessible seating availability, please call us at 519-432-8894 or visit the Box Office at Gate 1. 

Designated areas are as follows:

  • Level 100—106, 115
  • Level 200--207, 208, 211, 217
  • Level 300—304, Gallery

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

Unforeseen Accessible Needs

Guests who need accessible seating, for a show at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario, and did not purchase tickets in an accessible area will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Companion Seating

All guests entering our venue, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing. One adjacent companion seat may be purchased.

Ticket Information

Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for an event, one accessible and one companion.

Accessible seating can be purchased online HERE or in-person at the Gate 1 Box Office at Budweiser Gardens.

Arena Info

Entrances & Elevators

There are three public elevators available inside the arena at Gate 1 and 4, that provide access between levels. There are two escalators, one located near section 102/103, and one located near section 109/110.

AM980 Guest Services Desk

The AM980 Guest Services Desk is located just inside Gate 1 near Section 110/111. Our staff is pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.

Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket inquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers, and arranging wheelchair escorts.

Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the AM980 Guest Services Desk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items.

Facilites

All washroom facilities at Budweiser Gardens are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.

Drinking fountains are located throughout Budweiser Gardens and are all wheelchair accessible.

Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at the AM980 Guest Services Desk for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit.

Service Animals

All service animals are welcomed at Budweiser Gardens. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

Concessions

All concession stands are at an accessible height.

Telephones

All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls.

Accessible Parking

Budweiser Gardens offers Accessible Parking in the City of London parking lot off of King Street. There are TWELVE (12) spots available for every event. It is filled on a first come first served basis. It is recommended to arrive early to secure parking. The parking is close to Gate 2 and Gate 1 for entry.

First Aid Service / Wheelchair Storage

Medical First Responders are present for every event and are available to assist patrons with accessible needs. Once you arrive at a gate, inform your ticket taker that you require a wheelchair and we will assist you to your seat and pick you up after the event. You can also check in at the AM980 Guest Services Desk at Gate 1 and we will gladly get you wheelchair assistance.

Wheelchair/Walker Storage

We will gladly store your Walker/ Wheelchair at the Guest Services during an event to eliminate congestion in the seating areas & vomitory.
