With our World Class Sporting Events, Nationally Touring Family Shows, Award-Winning Musical Performers, and Broadway in London Theatre Performances, Budweiser Gardens offers something for everyone.

Our group experiences staff takes pride in providing professional and courteous service to make certain that your group outings are memorable. We offer discounted tickets for select events, preferred seating, and personalized attention for every kind of group outing, private event or corporate function. In addition to your discounted tickets, your group may have the opportunity to participate in exclusive experiences when you plan your event at Budweiser Gardens.

Group Sales Benefits

Personal One-On-One Service

Our group experiences staff will process your orders by telephone, e-mail, or appointment. This one-on-one relationship with our experienced staff provides you with expert assistance in planning your group outing, private event or corporate function.

Advance Reservations Before Public On-Sale

On select shows customers may call our office and place an order today for tickets that are not yet on-sale to the public. Seating is based on a first-come, first-serve basis (accompanied by payment).

Prime Seating At A Discounted Rate

By ordering through the Group Experiences Department, you may be eligible for a discount on select tickets and events at our facility. All tickets are based on availability.

No Per Ticket Service Charge

When ordering tickets by phone through the Group Sales Experience, there is no service charge per ticket. There is a $7.00 fee per order but no additional charges no matter how many tickets you purchase per order. Additional charges may apply depending on the ticket delivery method you choose.

No Penalty for Changing Orders

When organizing a group order, you may not know exactly how many tickets your group will need. The Group Experiences Program will allow you to purchase only the tickets that you need. The payment is due at least 2 weeks prior to the event (subject to availability and varies by event). You only pay for the tickets that you need. If you discover that you are going to need more tickets than what you originally placed on hold, just give us a call, and based on availability, we will place your tickets as close to the original order as possible. Once your order has been finalized and tickets paid for, you may add tickets to your order at no charge, again subject to availability.

Group Leader Incentives

Some shows offer incentives such as event tickets, gift certificates or merchandise when you book a certain amount of tickets. Contact our office for more details on which shows offer incentives.

Fundraising Opportunities

Group Experiences offer the perfect solution for your fundraising needs. Your group can raise money by purchasing tickets at a discounted rate and selling them at face value. Contact our Group Experiences Department for ideas on how your group can raise money for your organization.

Host Your Own Private Function / Book Meeting Space

Groups may arrange to rent one of our Scotiabank Hospitality Suites which holds 54 to 120 people and can be fully catered by our exclusive on-site caterer, OVG Hospitality.

Promotional Materials

Promotional materials are available for most shows to assist you with the publicity of the event. We can provide you with a promotional template for newsletters, along with posters, flyers and/or handouts.
