Budweiser Gardens introduces updated bag policy for concerts and events at the venue

OVG360, the venue management team at Budweiser Gardens, has announced a new bag policy will be implemented for all Budweiser Gardens events at the venue beginning September 16, 2023.

 

“We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our fans and guests – as their comfort and safety is always our top priority,” said Brian Ohl, General Manager of Budweiser Gardens. “This new policy will allow us to put into practice a more efficient screening process that will speed up entry times for our fans. Several sports leagues, venues and events have adopted similar bag policies and we believe this is the next step to providing a better overall experience for everyone who visits Budweiser Gardens.”

 

Under the new policy, the following items will be allowed in the venue:

  • Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap and that do not exceed 5” x 8” x 2”
  • Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”
  • Large 1-gallon/3.7L plastic freezer bags

*An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the venue entrance. *

 

Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags and other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to venue entry. There will be no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the venue.

 

Prohibited items include: all purses, bags or containers larger than 5” x 8” x 2”, computer bags, backpacks, camera bags, coolers, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, and briefcases.
