As someone who grew up seeing commercials for Riverdance on their television screen, I had a vague idea about the Grammy-winning show but I truly had no idea what to expect when I walked into Budweiser Gardens to attend opening night. A quick ‘too long, didn’t read’ summary for you: My mind was blown.
The fact is, everyone, needs a little magic in their lives — and luckily for us Londoners, Disney On Ice is here to deliver just that. The spirited spectacle kicked off last night at Budweiser Gardens, much to the delight of fans young and old, with a healthy handful of performances ready to take over the rink daily until Sunday, Feb. 23.
Budweiser Gardens finished 2019 ranked as the #98 arena worldwide according to Pollstar Magazine, which tracks tickets sales for touring shows for all worldwide venues.

The Spectra Venue Management team at Budweiser Gardens is proud to introduce Holiday Light recycling as part of the venue’s 2020 green initiatives. Beginning on Monday, January 6th and running until puck drop on Friday, January 10th, Londoners can bring their old indoor/outdoor holiday lights to Budweiser Gardens to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner as part of the venue’s partnership with Waste Connections of Canada.
As another year ends, we reflect on the fantastic year we’ve had at Budweiser Gardens from many sold-out shows to hosting the most significant event the building has ever had! We are so proud of all the accomplishments we’ve had over the past year, and we’re glad we got to celebrate this year with all of our patrons, partners and staff.
